Electronic Signature Software

Send contracts that
sign themselves off.

Build a service agreement, waiver, or estimate from a ready-made template, send it for signature by email, and get a finalized PDF back with a tamper-evident audit trail — all inside the same tool that books the appointment.

How online document signing works

Four steps from blank page to a countersigned PDF in your client record. No printing, no scanning, no chasing.

Step 1

Start from a template

Pick from 25 business document templates, upload your own PDF or Word file, or write one from scratch in the built-in editor.

Step 2

Place the fields

Drop signature, initials, date, text, and checkbox fields onto the page and assign each one to a specific signer.

Step 3

Send a secure link

Each recipient gets their own expiring link by email. No account, no app download — they sign in the browser.

Step 4

Get the signed PDF

Signatures are burned into a finalized PDF and stored against the client record with a full audit trail.

Built for the paperwork service businesses actually send

Most e-signature tools stop at "upload a PDF." Scheduling Studio ships with the documents appointment-based businesses send every week, already written.

description

25 ready-made templates

Service agreements, NDAs, proposals, estimates, change orders, intake forms, waivers, membership terms, and more.

edit_document

Visual document editor

Edit headings, lists, and tables in the browser. Export any template to Word or PDF whenever you need a copy.

data_object

Merge fields

Placeholders like client name, service, and date fill themselves in so each document goes out personalized.

group

Multiple signers

Route one document to several recipients, each with their own fields, link, and completion status.

notifications_active

Reminders, void & decline

Nudge a signer who has gone quiet, void a document that is no longer valid, and capture a formal decline with a reason.

verified_user

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every view, signature, reminder, and status change is hash-chained, so the record cannot be quietly rewritten.

Signatures belong next to the booking

A standalone e-signature subscription means one more login, one more bill, and one more place your client paperwork lives. When signing sits inside your scheduling software, the waiver is attached to the appointment and the signed agreement is attached to the client.

  • check_circle Send the intake form and waiver as soon as the appointment is booked.
  • check_circle Signed documents land in the client record alongside notes and call history.
  • check_circle No separate e-signature bill on top of your scheduling subscription.

E-signature questions

Do my clients need an account to sign?

No. Each signer gets a private link by email and signs in their browser. Nothing to install, no sign-up.

How long is a signing link valid?

Links expire after 30 days by default, and you can set anything from 1 to 90 days when you send the request.

What is recorded in the audit trail?

Sends, views, reminders, signatures, declines, and voids — each stamped with time, IP, and browser, and hash-linked to the event before it.

Can I upload my own contracts?

Yes. Upload an existing PDF or Word document and place signature fields on it, or start from one of the built-in templates and edit it.

Is e-signing included in every plan?

E-signatures are a paid-plan feature, with a signature allowance that depends on your plan. See the pricing page for current limits.
